These terms cover the linkTap cards and stickers, and the dashboard at linktap.one/app. By using either, you agree to them.

An account is created when you register a card with the claim code printed on it. Keep that code private until the card is yours — whoever enters it first becomes the owner. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Whatever you put on your profile is published to anyone who taps your card, so treat it as public. You must not use linkTap to publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that impersonates someone else, and we may disable a page that does.
When someone leaves their details through your page, you decide what happens to those details, which makes you the data controller for them. You agree to contact people only for the reason they gave their details, to honour any request to be deleted, and to comply with data protection and marketing law where you operate. We provide the tooling; we do not supervise how you use it.
Cards are sold as physical goods. NFC chips can be damaged by heat, bending, or demagnetising. If a card arrives faulty, tell us within [X DAYS] and we will replace it. [ADD YOUR RETURNS, REFUND AND DELIVERY TERMS — required for consumer sales in the UK/EU, including the 14-day right to cancel.]
We aim to keep linktap.one running but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. Cards work by opening a web address, so they depend on this service continuing to exist. If we ever have to shut down, we will give [NOTICE PERIOD] notice and let you export your contacts.
You can stop using linkTap and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Deleting your account removes your profile, contacts and notes; the physical card keeps working only if you register it again.
